What ships when
Today: scan at the show, My shows, request a venue, show the QR, waitlist, rights copy. No real concert audio or video.
When rights clear: official packages ship to people who scanned while the QR was on screen. Ticket, purchase, or complimentary is not a catalog for people who stayed home. Signing in never unlocks the recording. Show details are not copyright clearance.
