Who we are

These terms cover public use of re-live.io (including www.re-live.io) operated for the Re-Live brand. Accounts, payments, and media packages will use fuller terms when those features exist.

What you may use today

You may browse marketing pages, open My shows (shows you scanned, no concert media), request a venue or artist as a named ask, show the QR in venue tools, and join the updates waitlist.

My shows is show details only. The player does not load real concert media. Ask and waitlist data may be stored on this device — see privacy.

Rights honesty

Re-Live does not grant you rights to upload, download, redistribute, or stream real concert performances from this site. Official packages ship to people who scanned while the QR was on screen — only when rights clear and product approval. Ticket, purchase, or complimentary is not a catalog for people who stayed home. Signing in never unlocks the recording. A scan does not clear copyright by itself.

Read the full rights gate on when full shows open. Do not treat any preview show as cleared for playback or as permission to share bootlegs.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to upload or stream real show audio/video here
• Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site or My shows
• Do not misrepresent Re-Live packages as official before rights clear
• Do not submit others’ personal data without a lawful basis

If a show is shared

You may listen to a show on your account as often as Re-Live allows. If we turn on a download, it is for you — your own personal use. You may not share it.

You may not upload, post, publish, AirDrop, file-share, sell, or otherwise give a show recording to another person or service. You may not strip, hide, or defeat marks, encryption, or other protections we put in the file.

Recordings may include an inaudible forensic watermark tied to your account. If a copy shows up where it should not (YouTube or elsewhere), we may match that mark, lock the account so it cannot play or buy, freeze every show on that account, investigate, and delete the account. A mark match may be one factor. We lock when we have a match. We do not claim we catch every copy.

Where practical, we may give notice and a way to appeal. This rule is on this legal page, not on the first screen.

No warranties · limitation

The site and previews are provided “as is” for exploration of My shows and Show the QR. We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of preview shows, or that any show is an official cleared package.

To the extent permitted by law, Re-Live is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of marketing pages or show-detail previews. Rights and media questions are product and legal gates — not guarantees of availability.
